Remedies are generally not recommended in general, because of the fact that a detailed analysis of the horoscope of the individual needs to be examined.
The key reason is because an astrologer must examine & Check if by performing certain remedy will the person benefit or get the desired result. This is possible only by examining the chart in detail. If something is not destined for a person, even after doing any kind of remedy it is of no use, rather waste of money.
But if some one has negative planetary positions for buying a property, this means this person has performed some negative karma in some of his previous lifetimes related to property, by not sharing his wealth, grabbing others property, destroying others wealth, cheating brothers or sisters on property, grabbing public property etc…
He can correct this by donating for shelter for poor people,donating for temple construction, donating land or donating money for purchase of some land for charity purpose etc..
